Stickto is a fictitious name of GembaPlus LLC. Current shop orders contain sticker sheets and a printable calendar PDF; no physical calendar or companion app is included. Physical calendar kits are not currently available to order. The shipping and returns policies linked below form part of your order terms. Earlier orders retain the terms provided at purchase.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Stickto (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using stickto.shop (the “Site”) and purchasing our products (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Permitted Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Scraping or hack attempts
- Posting malware, spam, defamation, or abusive content
- Violating intellectual property rights
3. Orders & Product Information
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel your order if stock runs out, pricing errors exist, or fraud is suspected. Product information is accurate to our knowledge but may change without notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices may change at any time. Payment must be made using a valid payment method. Additional charges like taxes or shipping may apply.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping is $4.99 for 1–2 sticker sheets and free with 3 or more sheets to accepted US destinations. Estimated shipping timing is described in our shipping policy. If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any required return shipping.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. You may cancel before shipment for a full refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—logos, designs, text, images—is owned by or licensed to Stickto. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stickto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the purchase.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law. Contact us to resolve any questions or concerns about your order.
